Register your charging point with the network operator

Dear customer,

Have you already registered your charging station with your network operator?

If YES, you don't need to take any further action.

If, however, you haven't, don't fail to do so:

before Dec. 31, 2023 (at the risk of a possible administrative penalty).

What is it?

As of June 2021, all private and (semi-)public charging stations with a charging capacity of 5 kVa or more must be registered with your grid operator.

This is an obligation imposed by the legislature.

How do you register your charging station?

The deadline is December 31, but don't panic, this operation will only take a few minutes, and only the following information is required (make sure you have it to hand):

  • EAN code of your existing electrical connection (information visible on your bill)
  • Name of your installer = CenEnergy (unless CenEnergy is taking over your existing terminal)
  • Installation address
  • Technical characteristics of the installation (brand or serial number can be found on the bollard / defined power (single-phase max 7.4kW and three-phase max 22kW).
