Important Notice: Quishing Alert!

For a payment system that is 100% secure, we highly recommend using the charge card.

In accordance with the AFIR legislation, one of the requirements is the ability to facilitate ad hoc payments for your charging sessions at public charging points, for example via a QR code.

However, we advise all our customers, and by extension all EV drivers, not to use such QR code-based systems because of their susceptibility to fraud. The type of fraud involved here is known as "quishing" and involves covering the QR code of the charge point supplier with another fraudulent QR code, which redirects payment to the fraudster. As a result, although you initiate a payment, the charging session will not start since your payment is not routed to the supplier, but to the fraudster. If you have become a victim of this fraud, we recommend that you contact your bank.

For a payment system that is 100% secure, we highly recommend using the charge card.
